Shipping policy
At GBibles we are all about providing high quality products with the lowest possible price tag. All products available on our website qualify for free standard shipping
1. How long does delivery take?
We will ship within 2-3 bussiness days after the order is placed. You will receive within 5-7 business days.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
2. Where do you ship?
US only. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How will my delivery be shipped??
All orders ship out via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
7. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

8. Is your website secure?
This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password, is stored in an encrypted format at all times. This website, and more importantly, all user information, is further protected by a multilayer firewall-based security system.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customer@gbibles.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2093 Philadelphia Pike #3979, Claymont, Delaware, 19703, United States.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
